Lubertsy FC's Bronislav Shubin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ostap Ivaschenko in the 31st minute of play. 34 minutes into the match, Danila Voronov notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Yoshkar-Ola's Stanislav Pogorelyi. Stanislav Pogorelyi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ignat Dorodnyh struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Danila Voronov made a kick off. Stanislav Pogorelyi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Danila Voronov in the 51st minute of the match. Vladimir Korenik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Stanislav Pogorelyi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ostap Ivaschenko kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 87th minute, but Stanislav Pogorelyi got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Yoshkar-Ola hanging dry this time. Ostap Ivaschenko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bronislav Shubin having to interfere. Lubertsy FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
