Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Viktor Sokolenko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kirill Koiberskiy in the 3rd minute of play. Zhukovsky FC's Mark Glavak got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Lubertsy's zone, Mark Glavak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gennadiy Kirsanov came out of the goal and Mark Glavak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mark Glavak in the 12th minute of play forced Lubertsy's goalkeeper Gennadiy Kirsanov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Viktor Sokolenko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kirill Koiberskiy in the 13th minute of play. After 15 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Zhukovsky FC! The goalkeeper, Viktor Sokolenko, was totally fooled by Lubertsy's Roman Voevodin, who 17 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. A hard shot 20 in the game by Anatoliy Linashov from a close distance when the talented Viktor Sokolenko managed to make a qualified save. Zhukovsky FC's players were relieved. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Danil Horoshkevich during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Danil Horoshkevich hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Dmitriy Dodin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Gennadiy Kirsanov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gennadiy Kirsanov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mark Glavak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Viktor Sokolenko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kirill Koiberskiy in the 31st minute of play. After 35 minutes of play, Zhukovsky FC's Dmitriy Dodin made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gennadiy Kirsanov was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Kirill Koiberskiy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 41 minutes into the match, Anatoliy Linashov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Viktor Sokolenko. Zhukovsky FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Anatoliy Linashov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Mark Glavak's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gennadiy Kirsanov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Lubertsy's Innokentiy Polubarinov got a free kick in the 47th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kirill Koiberskiy was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kirill Koiberskiy in the 53rd minute of play forced Zhukovsky FC's goalkeeper Viktor Sokolenko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 56 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Zhukovsky FC! Roman Voevodin walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kirill Koiberskiy in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Viktor Sokolenko prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 61 minutes into the match, Lubertsy's goalkeeper Gennadiy Kirsanov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mark Glavak. In the 62nd match minute, Zhukovsky FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Danil Horoshkevich to maneuver through the defense. Anatoliy Linashov might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Viktor Sokolenko. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Anatoliy Linashov ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 73rd minute Anatoliy Linashov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Viktor Sokolenko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kirill Koiberskiy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Viktor Sokolenko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Dmitriy Dodin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Innokentiy Polubarinov came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Lubertsy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Innokentiy Polubarinov couldn't finish the play. Viktor Sokolenko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kirill Koiberskiy in the 89th minute of play. Kirill Koiberskiy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gennadiy Kirsanov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dmitriy Dodin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Anatoliy Linashov came up free with the goalie in the 99th minute, the Lubertsy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anatoliy Linashov couldn't finish the play. Zhukovsky FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
