Daniil Gavrilov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Igor Kimstach in the 25th minute of the match. In the 31st minute of the match, Sergey Kuznechihin tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Egor Nikiforov saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Egor Kovtun scored 0-1 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Daniil Gavrilov, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sergey Kuznechihin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 65 minutes of play, Glazov's Sergey Kuznechihin made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Egor Nikiforov was left in no man's land by his defense there! Egor Nikiforov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fedor Evdokimov in the 69th minute of play. Egor Kovtun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Daniil Gavrilov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Egor Kovtun's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Daniil Gavrilov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. The supporters of Glazov booed when Novosibirsk HC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valter Voloskov didn't get a good kick on the ball.
