Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Anatoliy Schulepnikov kicked off to start the match. 7 minutes into the match, Achinsk FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fedor Kropotkin came free, but Felix Amosov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Igor Yasaveev managed to get in a good position for a shot. Achinsk FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Igor Yasaveev was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Albert Blinov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Makhachkala HC's zone, Boris Pushkin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Albert Blinov came out of the goal and Boris Pushkin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anatoliy Schulepnikov in the 17th minute of play forced Achinsk FC's goalkeeper Felix Amosov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 21 played minutes Achinsk FC got a freekick which was hit by Sergey Baibekov. After 21 played minutes, Makhachkala HC's Rafael Berezutskiy shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Felix Amosov came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Makhachkala HC reached it. In the 23rdth minute of the game Fedor Kropotkin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Achinsk FC's Felix Amosov was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Felix Amosov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anatoliy Schulepnikov, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 27th match minute, Makhachkala HC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rafael Berezutskiy to maneuver through the defense. Albert Blinov made an important save on a dangerous shot by Boris Pushkin in the 34th minute. Boris Pushkin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Anatoliy Schulepnikov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Matvey Kosorotov struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Felix Amosov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Makhachkala HC.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Boris Pushkin in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Albert Blinov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Achinsk FC's Igor Yasaveev got a free kick in the 56th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Timur Alekseev in the 59th minute of play forced Achinsk FC's goalkeeper Felix Amosov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Makhachkala HC's Fedor Kropotkin got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Boris Pushkin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albert Blinov having to interfere. If Igor Yasaveev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Albert Blinov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Boris Pushkin in the 69th minute of play. After 70 played minutes Achinsk FC got a freekick which was hit by Aleksey Ryabov. After a defensive mix-up in Achinsk FC's zone, Rafael Berezutskiy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Felix Amosov came out of the goal and Rafael Berezutskiy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fedor Kropotkin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felix Amosov having to interfere. Anatoliy Schulepnikov took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Felix Amosov. Felix Amosov dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After having played for 86 minutes, Anatoliy Schulepnikov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Makhachkala HC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anatoliy Schulepnikov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Anatoliy Schulepnikov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felix Amosov having to interfere. In the 90th minute, Fedor Kropotkin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Matvey Kosorotov fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Makhachkala HC's protests and gave Matvey Kosorotov a yellow card for diving instead. After 92 played minutes Makhachkala HC got a freekick which was hit by Matvey Kosorotov. In the 93rdth minute of the game Igor Yasaveev who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Makhachkala HC's Albert Blinov was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Igor Yasaveev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
