After a defensive mix-up in Krasnoyarsk FC's zone, Felix Makaev stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nikita Laktionov came out of the goal and Felix Makaev tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kislovodsk FC's goalkeeper Evgeniy Chichkov, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 29th minute, Andrey Rubalskiy left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Krasnoyarsk FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Andrey Rubalskiy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Krasnoyarsk FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kislovodsk FC the free kick. 57 minutes into the match, Kislovodsk FC's goalkeeper Evgeniy Chichkov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ilya Seits. Felix Makaev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nikita Laktionov having to interfere. Kislovodsk FC's Evgeniy Chichkov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Kislovodsk FC from getting a goal against them. Andrey Rubalskiy struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Evgeniy Chichkov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Krasnoyarsk FC. Evgeniy Chichkov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andrey Rubalskiy in the 76th minute of the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 79th minute of the game. One of Krasnoyarsk FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Kislovodsk FC:s goal.
