An unexpectedly hard shot by Vitaliy Beklov in the 17th minute of play forced Noyabrsk's goalkeeper Roman Sitnikov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zheleznodorozhny's Andrey Nikolaev got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Zheleznodorozhny's Artem Shashkov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vadim Bessonov in the 25th minute of play. In the 26th match minute, Zheleznodorozhny was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matvey Dupliy to maneuver through the defense. 28 minutes into the match, Zheleznodorozhny's goal looked a bit too open when Vadim Bessonov came free, but Artem Shashkov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Noyabrsk's zone, Andrey Nikolaev stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roman Sitnikov came out of the goal and Andrey Nikolaev tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Noyabrsk's Roman Sitnikov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vitaliy Beklov in the 36th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Noyabrsk's zone, Vitaliy Beklov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roman Sitnikov came out of the goal and Vitaliy Beklov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vitaliy Beklov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roman Sitnikov having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Roman Sitnikov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vitaliy Beklov, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. In the 59th minute, Andrey Nikolaev ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Roman Sitnikov was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 64th minute Vitaliy Beklov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roman Sitnikov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 66th minute, Andrey Nikolaev got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Noyabrsk's Denis Korotkevich got a free kick in the 67th minute. Andrey Nikolaev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roman Sitnikov having to interfere. Andrey Nikolaev scored 3-0 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Roman Sitnikov, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Vitaliy Beklov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Roman Sitnikov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 77th minute Andrey Nikolaev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roman Sitnikov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 79th minute, Matvey Dronov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 82 minutes into the game, Vitaliy Beklov cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Roman Sitnikov was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Yuliy Sazonov charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Yuliy Sazonov the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 85 played minutes Noyabrsk got a freekick which was hit by Yuliy Sazonov. The Zheleznodorozhny fans' excitement grew in the 86th match minute when Zheleznodorozhny's Andrey Nikolaev looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Andrey Nikolaev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
