Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Stanislav Voitik started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Nalchik's goal looked a bit too open when Timofey Ershov came free, but Gennadiy Lytkin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stanislav Voitik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Timofey Ershov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Stanislav Voitik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Gennadiy Lytkin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nalchik's Ippolit Chervinskiy got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Timofey Ershov in the 25th minute of play forced Nalchik's goalkeeper Gennadiy Lytkin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Timofey Ershov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emmanuil Bezukhov got free with Oleg Belskih in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Nalchik booed when Orel was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rustam Sokolovskiy didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 42nd minute Ippolit Chervinskiy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oleg Belskih saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 43 minutes, Stanislav Voitik managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Orel's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stanislav Voitik was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Ippolit Chervinskiy made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Nalchik booed when Orel was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valentin Tochilin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Emmanuil Bezukhov charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Emmanuil Bezukhov the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 65th match minute, Nalchik was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emmanuil Bezukhov to maneuver through the defense. In the 73rd minute, Stanislav Voitik left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Orel fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After 83 minutes, Valentin Tochilin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Orel and the Nalchik players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 83 played minutes Orel got a freekick which was hit by Valentin Tochilin. The corner ended in Artem Veselov almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Orel's Oleg Belskih did a great save. Mechislav Poliev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
