Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Orenburg's Yaroslav Danilov started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute Yaroslav Danilov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arkadiy Andryuhin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yulian Blazhkov charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Roman Domnikov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 8th minute Yakov Bogushevich shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maksim Abrasimov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roman Domnikov who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 11thth minute tested the skills of Maksim Abrasimov when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yakov Bogushevich in the 13th minute of play forced Orenburg's goalkeeper Maksim Abrasimov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tyumen's Demyan Kopylov couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 15th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Orenburg. Maksim Abrasimov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yakov Bogushevich, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yakov Bogushevich received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Maksim Abrasimov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Maksim Abrasimov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yakov Bogushevich in the 21st minute of play. Maksim Abrasimov made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Roman Domnikov sent off a good shot on target. Yakov Bogushevich received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Maksim Abrasimov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 34 minutes into the match, Orenburg's goal looked a bit too open when Yakov Bogushevich came free, but Maksim Abrasimov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Yakov Bogushevich in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maksim Abrasimov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Arkadiy Andryuhin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yaroslav Danilov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Igor Buznikin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Yakov Bogushevich was the one to do the kick off. Tyumen's Arkadiy Andryuhin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yaroslav Danilov in the 56th minute of play. Arkadiy Andryuhin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yaroslav Danilov in the 58th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Orenburg's Emmanuil Gazgireev got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Roman Domnikov struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Maksim Abrasimov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tyumen. When Yakov Bogushevich came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Tyumen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yakov Bogushevich couldn't finish the play. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Tyumen fans cheered their team off the field, for while Orenburg had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
