Filimon Kalachnikov started the match with the kick off. The audience was convinced that Filipp Veschurov's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Veniamin Ergubaev was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. 12 minutes into the match, Vyacheslav Chudner notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Arzamas's Veniamin Ergubaev. Filipp Veschurov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Veniamin Ergubaev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Filipp Veschurov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vyacheslav Chudner recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Filipp Veschurov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Veniamin Ergubaev having to interfere. Mikhail Cherntsov's late challenge caught a Bryansk's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mikhail Cherntsov helped the player get up and apologised. Mikhail Cherntsov kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Kliment Ishkaev's late challenge caught a Arzamas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kliment Ishkaev helped the player get up and apologised. In the 46th match minute, Bryansk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kliment Ishkaev to maneuver through the defense. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vyacheslav Chudner to make the kick off. Veniamin Ergubaev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vyacheslav Chudner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 57 played minutes Arzamas got a freekick which was hit by Leonid Sergeev. Veniamin Ergubaev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vyacheslav Chudner in the 58th minute of play. Mikhail Cherntsov got his second yellow card in the match during the 59th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Mikhail Cherntsov kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. In the 63rd minute, Vyacheslav Chudner got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Filipp Veschurov struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Veniamin Ergubaev didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bryansk. In the 68th minute, Filimon Kalachnikov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vyacheslav Chudner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Veniamin Ergubaev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Lev Sharapov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Filipp Veschurov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Veniamin Ergubaev made a huge save. Vyacheslav Chudner might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Veniamin Ergubaev. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vyacheslav Chudner ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 87th minute, Arkadiy Komkov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. It was beautiful to see Arzamas's Konstantin Serov in action when he in the 88th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Vyacheslav Chudner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle sounded Bryansk left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Arzamas.
