An unexpectedly hard shot by Veniamin Hamalinskiy in the 7th minute of play forced Kopeysk FC's goalkeeper Lev Kulikov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Iskander Fedorchuk fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. In the 9th match minute, Rubtsovsk FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iskander Fedorchuk to maneuver through the defense. 11 minutes into the game, Stanislav Avakov was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kopeysk FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rubtsovsk FC the free kick. After 11 played minutes Kopeysk FC got a freekick which was hit by Stanislav Avakov. Iskander Fedorchuk kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. The long shot by Egor Dvoeglazov in the 20th minute really tested David Udalov's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. David Udalov made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Veniamin Yakushev sent off a good shot on target. In the 25thth minute of the game Veniamin Hamalinskiy who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kopeysk FC's Lev Kulikov was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Yaroslav Kulesha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Lev Kulikov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Yaroslav Kulesha managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rubtsovsk FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Yaroslav Kulesha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lev Kulikov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Veniamin Hamalinskiy struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Lev Kulikov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rubtsovsk FC. Yaroslav Kulesha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Lev Kulikov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Yaroslav Kulesha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Anatoliy Arhipov stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Lev Kulikov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Veniamin Hamalinskiy, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Kopeysk FC's Lev Kulikov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Kopeysk FC from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Rubtsovsk FC booed when Kopeysk FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ilya Kokurin didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Filimon Kalashnikov during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 59 minutes into the game, one of Kopeysk FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Pavel Efremov placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! In the 63rd minute Veniamin Hamalinskiy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lev Kulikov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 64 minutes into the game, Yaroslav Kulesha cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Lev Kulikov was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Veniamin Hamalinskiy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yaroslav Kulesha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Veniamin Hamalinskiy in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lev Kulikov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lev Kulikov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Veniamin Hamalinskiy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 86th minute, Veniamin Hamalinskiy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. David Udalov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Veniamin Yakushev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. David Udalov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ilya Kokurin, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. In the 96th minute, Rubtsovsk FC's Vladislav Kazakov dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2.
