An unexpectedly hard shot by Vitaliy Koptsev in the 13th minute of play forced Blagoveshchensk's goalkeeper Fedor Sheptulin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Konstantin Dehkanov hit a great ball. Fedor Chindarov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emmanuil Porohov in the 33rd minute of play. Vitaliy Koptsev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fedor Sheptulin having to interfere. Blagoveshchensk's Fedor Sheptulin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vitaliy Koptsev in the 38th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vitaliy Koptsev in the 46th minute of play forced Blagoveshchensk's goalkeeper Fedor Sheptulin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Anton Alimov managed to get in a good position for a shot. Norilsk FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Anton Alimov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fedor Sheptulin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vitaliy Koptsev in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fedor Sheptulin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 59 played minutes Blagoveshchensk got a freekick which was hit by Sergey Goluhov. In the 62nd minute, Anton Alimov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vitaliy Koptsev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fedor Sheptulin having to interfere. When Anton Alimov came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Norilsk FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anton Alimov couldn't finish the play. Vitaliy Koptsev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Vitaliy Koptsev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The attack was good, but when Anton Alimov in the 73rd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Fedor Chindarov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nikolay Drobysh, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Fedor Sheptulin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vitaliy Koptsev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Albert Bobylev tried in the 80th minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Fedor Sheptulin a with quite unnecessary self made goal. In the 95th minute Sergey Goluhov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fedor Chindarov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
