When the match clock showed 16 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Nikolay Drobysh sped through Nefteyugansk FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Nikolay Uskov. 22 minutes into the game, Anatoliy Blinov was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nefteyugansk FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Blagoveshchensk the free kick. After a rather tough play, Nefteyugansk FC's Anatoliy Blinov got a free kick in the 22nd minute. In the 26th minute, Anatoliy Blinov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Emmanuil Porohov kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Emmanuil Porohov's late challenge caught a Nefteyugansk FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. Eduard Broyakovskiy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Fedor Sheptulin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 39th minute, Felix Lubyanovskiy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nikolay Uskov didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nikolay Drobysh went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. 46 minutes into the match, Nefteyugansk FC's goalkeeper Nikolay Uskov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nikolay Drobysh. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Felix Lubyanovskiy to make the kick off. In the 60th minute, Nikolay Drobysh ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nikolay Uskov was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. 66 minutes into the match, Nikolay Drobysh notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Nefteyugansk FC's Nikolay Uskov. Nikolay Uskov was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 69th match minute, Blagoveshchensk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sergey Goluhov to maneuver through the defense. 71 minutes into the match, Nefteyugansk FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nikolay Drobysh came free, but Nikolay Uskov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ernest Guretskiy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Fedor Sheptulin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nefteyugansk FC's Nikolay Uskov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Lubyanovskiy in the 80th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Nikolay Drobysh managed to get in a good position for a shot. Blagoveshchensk's supporters rose to their feet, but Nikolay Drobysh was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nikolay Uskov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Andrey Zhiryaev's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fedor Sheptulin was relentless in the 96th minute of the game.
