Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Aleksandr Urazbaev started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aleksandr Urazbaev in the 3rd minute of play forced Kaluga's goalkeeper Sergey Simutenkov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Abakan FC fans' excitement grew in the 5th match minute when Abakan FC's Aleksandr Urazbaev looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Sergey Simutenkov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aleksandr Urazbaev in the 9th minute of play. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Konstantin Solomatin was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Kaluga's Albert Saveliev got a free kick in the 56th minute. After having played for 62 minutes, Vitaliy Magaznov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kaluga's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vitaliy Magaznov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 63 minutes of play Abakan FC's Georgiy Torshin was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 64th match minute, Abakan FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Georgiy Torshin to maneuver through the defense. The Abakan FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. After 76 minutes, Oleg Dubovichenko mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kaluga and the Abakan FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 76 played minutes Kaluga got a freekick which was hit by Oleg Dubovichenko. Abakan FC's Konstantin Baronenko suffered a concussion after 78 minutes and had to leave the field. After 78 minutes, Egor Litvinenko mouthed his way into the referee's book.
