Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Igor Yuryatin hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. In the 7th minute, Konstantin Shevchenko left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bryansk fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 10th match minute, Bataysk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Boris Gavrilov to maneuver through the defense. Konstantin Shevchenko's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Marat Bulanov firmly grabbed it by the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Bryansk's zone, Aleksey Podrezov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lev Kashtalinskiy came out of the goal and Aleksey Podrezov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Artem Metrikin in the 22nd minute of play forced Bataysk's goalkeeper Marat Bulanov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 23 minutes into the match, Bataysk's goalkeeper Marat Bulanov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Konstantin Shevchenko. 24 minutes into the match, Bataysk's Aleksey Podrezov sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lev Kashtalinskiy narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Bataysk's Marat Bulanov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Artem Metrikin in the 26th minute of play. The goalkeeper, Marat Bulanov, was totally fooled by Bryansk's Vladislav Ponomarev, who 29 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. After having played for 35 minutes, Aleksey Podrezov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bataysk's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aleksey Podrezov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 36th minute Artem Metrikin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marat Bulanov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aleksey Podrezov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Lev Kashtalinskiy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aleksey Podrezov was the one to do the kick off. Bryansk's Konstantin Shevchenko got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bataysk's Marat Bulanov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Artem Metrikin in the 58th minute of play. The supporters of Bryansk booed when Bataysk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Polonets didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 61st minute, Artem Metrikin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Aleksandr Petruhov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lev Kashtalinskiy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aleksey Podrezov in the 67th minute of the match. 68 minutes into the match, Bryansk's Konstantin Shevchenko sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marat Bulanov narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Artem Metrikin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Marat Bulanov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 74th minute, Evgeniy Efimov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 75 minutes into the match Aleksandr Petruhov climbed in front of goal and pressed up 2-1 in the right cross behind a totally surprised Lev Kashtalinskiy. If Igor Yuryatin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aleksandr Petruhov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lev Kashtalinskiy having to interfere. In the 87th minute, Igor Yuryatin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marat Bulanov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Artem Metrikin, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Bataysk's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
