Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Pavel Boldinskiy managed to get in a good position for a shot. Orsk's supporters rose to their feet, but Pavel Boldinskiy was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Valeriy Makhonov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Orsk's zone, Aleksandr Zamoraev stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sergey Panov came out of the goal and Aleksandr Zamoraev tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. David Chugainov kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Valeriy Makhonov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aleksandr Tretyakov in the 16th minute of play. Pavel Boldinskiy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aleksandr Tretyakov struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Valeriy Makhonov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Orsk. Pavel Boldinskiy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Valeriy Makhonov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 42 minutes into the game, one of Orsk:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Tula a penalty, 44 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Rostislav Nikishin, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Orsk's Sergey Panov. 0-1.
In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tula's goalkeeper Valeriy Makhonov, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 56th match minute, Orsk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Egor Babkin to maneuver through the defense. An unexpected shot in the 62nd minute by Aleksandr Zamoraev got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Aleksandr Zamoraev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Sergey Panov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aleksandr Zamoraev in the 71st minute of play forced Orsk's goalkeeper Sergey Panov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Georgiy Ashlapov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sergey Panov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aleksandr Zamoraev, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. After some careless play in the Tula defense, Aleksandr Tretyakov kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Valeriy Makhonov. The Tula fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Valeriy Makhonov should have stopped the shot. 86 minutes into the match, Tula's goal looked a bit too open when Aleksandr Tretyakov came free, but Valeriy Makhonov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Orsk getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Timur Bugaev hit a great ball. 90 minutes into the match, Tula's Rostislav Nikishin broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 93rd minute Pavel Boldinskiy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valeriy Makhonov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
