Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when May Otkupschikov made the kick off which started today's match. When May Otkupschikov came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Belgorod fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that May Otkupschikov couldn't finish the play. May Otkupschikov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Petr Vyalbe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If David Rogozin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rostislav Safarov charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rostislav Safarov the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Petr Vyalbe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ilya Khokhlov, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Belgorod's May Otkupschikov got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Petr Vyalbe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from May Otkupschikov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for David Rogozin to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, David Rogozin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Almetyevsk HC's supporters rose to their feet, but David Rogozin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Genrikh Almazov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Timur Zhigalin hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Andrey Vodnev charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Andrey Vodnev the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 61 minutes into the game, one of Belgorod:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Almetyevsk HC a penalty, 63 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Klim Fomin, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Belgorod's Genrikh Almazov. 1-0. Almetyevsk HC's Petr Vyalbe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Almetyevsk HC from getting a goal against them. After 75 played minutes Almetyevsk HC got a freekick which was hit by Afanasiy Homskiy. Almetyevsk HC were furious when Stepan Dzansolov was red carded, 78 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 77 minutes into the game, one of Almetyevsk HC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 80th minute there was a penalty for Belgorod. Andrey Vodnev stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Petr Vyalbe. 1-1. If Petr Bolshevtsev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Petr Bolshevtsev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Genrikh Almazov having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Timur Zhigalin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Belgorod's supporters rose to their feet, but Timur Zhigalin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Petr Vyalbe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. May Otkupschikov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Almetyevsk HC booed when Belgorod was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 102 match minutes in a wonderful position. Viktor Dovgalevskiy didn't get a good kick on the ball. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
