Dmitriy Goryanin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Dmitriy Filippov made a huge save. 22 minutes into the match, Kovrov FC's Gennadiy Romanov sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Andrey Monako narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Petr Yasherov kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gleb Eshtrekov in the 24th minute of play forced Astrakhan HC's goalkeeper Andrey Monako to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 29 minutes of play, Kovrov FC's Gleb Eshtrekov made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Andrey Monako was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mikhail Bazulev kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. 33 minutes into the game, Rasul Shevchenko was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kovrov FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Astrakhan HC the free kick. Arkadiy Eremeev kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. 42 minutes into the match, Gleb Eshtrekov notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Astrakhan HC's Andrey Monako. Andrey Monako was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mikhail Bazulev hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The wind increased when May Lebedevich made the kick off in the second half. Andrey Monako made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Gennadiy Romanov sent off a good shot on target. Andrey Monako showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gleb Eshtrekov in the 60th minute of the match. Gleb Eshtrekov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Astrakhan HC's Andrey Monako played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gleb Eshtrekov in the 76th minute of play. Gennadiy Romanov blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Andrey Monako having to make a save. Kovrov FC's Dmitriy Filippov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dmitriy Goryanin in the 81st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Kovrov FC's Rasul Shevchenko got a free kick in the 82nd minute.
