After having played for 5 minutes, Vladimir Abuladze managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Krasnoyarsk's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vladimir Abuladze was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fedot Bystrov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nikita Evseev, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. In the 15th minute, Stanislav Chepurin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nikita Evseev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Marat Gerasimovich took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Moisey Bachev to make any attempt to save it. After 24 minutes, Andron Komissarov mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Krasnoyarsk and the Arzamas FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 24 played minutes Krasnoyarsk got a freekick which was hit by Andron Komissarov. In the 28th minute of the match Arzamas FC got a corner. Krasnoyarsk's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Oleg Deryabin ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Oleg Deryabin almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Krasnoyarsk's Fedot Bystrov did a great save. Arzamas FC's Moisey Bachev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marat Gerasimovich in the 30th minute of play. If Igor Boyarkin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 46 minutes into the match, Arzamas FC's goalkeeper Moisey Bachev had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vladimir Abuladze. Fedot Bystrov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nikita Evseev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

If Nikita Evseev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Igor Boyarkin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With an all-out effort, Arzamas FC's Fedot Bystrov threw himself towards the right post 64 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Igor Boyarkin, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 66th minute Igor Boyarkin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fedot Bystrov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 74thth minute of the game Igor Boyarkin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Krasnoyarsk's Fedot Bystrov was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 76 minutes into the match, Nikita Evseev had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fedot Bystrov. Krasnoyarsk's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nikita Evseev was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. When Marat Gerasimovich came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Krasnoyarsk fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marat Gerasimovich couldn't finish the play. Moisey Bachev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marat Gerasimovich, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nikita Evseev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fedot Bystrov having to interfere. 91 minutes into the match, Krasnoyarsk's Marat Gerasimovich sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Moisey Bachev narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Vladimir Abuladze's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Moisey Bachev read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
