The referee ignored Nizhny Tagil FC's protests and gave Stepan Rakhmanov a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Syzran FC booed when Nizhny Tagil FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stepan Rakhmanov didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 36th minute, Denis Shamanov sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Nizhny Tagil FC's Yakov Sychev didn't even have to move. After 54 minutes, Timur Rakhalskiy mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nizhny Tagil FC and the Syzran FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 84th minute, Filimon Sorokin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Yakov Sychev was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Yakov Sychev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filimon Sorokin, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Syzran FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
