Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Foma Kornilov took the kick off in the first half of the match. Dmitriy Shelepenkin hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Tomsk FC's Rostislav Voschevoz tried to score from far away in the 5th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Kirill Vopilin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tomsk FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Kirill Vopilin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Oleg Scherbakov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dmitriy Babarykin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tomsk FC's German Fedun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Foma Kornilov in the 15th minute of play. Kirill Vopilin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lev Dmitriev recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Oles Strakovskiy charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Oles Strakovskiy the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 21st minute, Oles Strakovskiy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nikolay Selyakov during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Khimki booed when Tomsk FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nikolay Selyakov didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Fedor Agabekov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Oleg Scherbakov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dmitriy Babarykin in the 33rd minute of play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 36th minute of the game. One of Tomsk FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Khimki:s goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dmitriy Babarykin to make the kick off. Oleg Scherbakov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dmitriy Babarykin in the 51st minute of play. Kirill Vopilin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Oleg Scherbakov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 66th minute, Dmitriy Babarykin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tomsk FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 76th minute, Kirill Vopilin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 79 minutes, David Simonov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Khimki's supporters crossed their fingers, but David Simonov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Khimki's Oleg Scherbakov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kirill Vopilin in the 81st minute of play. If Kirill Vopilin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
