Klim Chelov came out of the goal and Vsevolod Tryakin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 14 minutes into the game, Anatoliy Buchinskiy was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Zlatoust FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tomsk FC the free kick. Anatoliy Buchinskiy hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. In the 16th minute, Andrey Konovodov fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Andrey Konovodov who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 19thth minute tested the skills of Ernest Shubin when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Andrey Konovodov might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ernest Shubin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Andrey Konovodov ran back to his position shaking his head. Ernest Shubin made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Andrey Konovodov sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Tomsk FC's Gordey Solodskiy got a free kick in the 24th minute. Andrey Konovodov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ernest Shubin having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Tomsk FC's Danil Garnov got a free kick in the 29th minute. In the 33rd minute, Vsevolod Tryakin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Andrey Konovodov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ernest Shubin having to interfere. Konstantin Mazan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Klim Chelov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. When Egor Alubaev came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Zlatoust FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Egor Alubaev couldn't finish the play. When the match had gone on for 66 minutes, Andrey Konovodov put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Ernest Shubin. Andrey Konovodov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Ernest Shubin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ernest Shubin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Egor Alubaev, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. In the 74th minute Egor Alubaev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernest Shubin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Egor Alubaev fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zlatoust FC's protests and gave Egor Alubaev a yellow card for diving instead. In the 80th minute of the match, Vsevolod Tryakin tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Klim Chelov saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 83rd minute, Mitrofan Doronin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Tomsk FC getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Danil Garnov hit a great ball. Egor Alubaev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ernest Shubin having to interfere. Ernest Shubin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andrey Konovodov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ernest Shubin didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Zlatoust FC's Egor Alubaev shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-2 in the ordered_time% minute. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
