Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Viktor Barbin started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 3 minutes into the match, Bryansk's goal looked a bit too open when Irakliy Larionov came free, but Kapiton Sobolev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Irakliy Larionov in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kapiton Sobolev saved Bryansk from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Bryansk's Filipp Popov got a free kick in the 12th minute. Boris Bulanov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Boris Bulanov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 18th match minute, Bryansk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonard Chernorukov to maneuver through the defense. Kapiton Sobolev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Boris Bulanov in the 22nd minute of play. Boris Bulanov struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mikhail Lebedev prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 36 minutes into the game, Viktor Barbin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bryansk's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Syzran FC the free kick. The supporters of Syzran FC booed when Bryansk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Viktor Barbin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Irakliy Larionov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Viktor Barbin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mikhail Lebedev having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Irakliy Larionov to make the kick off. Mikhail Lebedev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Viktor Barbin, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. If Irakliy Larionov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Igor Lazaruk charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Igor Lazaruk the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 79 played minutes Syzran FC got a freekick which was hit by Igor Lazaruk. If Boris Bulanov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Semen Rubinskiy hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Boris Bulanov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kapiton Sobolev having to interfere. In the 88th match minute, Bryansk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonard Chernorukov to maneuver through the defense.
