Panteleimon Borodko stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Valentin Melnikov's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. Danil Nyrtsev struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Artur Bliznyuk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kiselevsk. In the 17th minute, one of Kiselevsk:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Kiselevsk. In the 23rd match minute, Almetyevsk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lev Eremin to maneuver through the defense. Klim Bazzhin's late challenge caught a Kiselevsk's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Klim Bazzhin helped the player get up and apologised. Klim Bazzhin kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. With his leg Artur Bliznyuk managed to avoid a goal in the 41stth minute, when Kiselevsk's Danil Nyrtsev fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

For all the effort they put into the match, the Almetyevsk players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Kiselevsk.
