Vitaliy Kurdvanovskiy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kirill Artemev in the 10th minute of play. Kirill Artemev fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vitaliy Kurdvanovskiy having to interfere. Kir Lukyanchenko kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Rustam Berlov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Irakliy Gordeychuk made a huge save. In the 24th minute Kirill Artemev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vitaliy Kurdvanovskiy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Novotroitsk getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Igor Tomanov hit a great ball. Leonid Nekrasov kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Vitaliy Kurdvanovskiy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mikhail Hrennikov, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. 30 minutes into the match, Khasaasvyurt's goalkeeper Irakliy Gordeychuk had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rustam Berlov. If Kirill Artemev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 35 minutes into the match, Novotroitsk's goal looked a bit too open when Mikhail Hrennikov came free, but Vitaliy Kurdvanovskiy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kirill Artemev in the 36th minute of play forced Novotroitsk's goalkeeper Vitaliy Kurdvanovskiy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Kir Lukyanchenko fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Khasaasvyurt's protests and gave Kir Lukyanchenko a yellow card for diving instead. After having played for 39 minutes, Rustam Berlov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Novotroitsk's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rustam Berlov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Novotroitsk's zone, Mikhail Hrennikov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vitaliy Kurdvanovskiy came out of the goal and Mikhail Hrennikov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kirill Artemev scored 0-1 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vitaliy Kurdvanovskiy, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Novotroitsk's Vitaliy Kurdvanovskiy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kirill Artemev in the 53rd minute of play. Vitaliy Kurdvanovskiy made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mikhail Hrennikov in the 54th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Berner in the 55th minute of play forced Khasaasvyurt's goalkeeper Irakliy Gordeychuk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Irakliy Gordeychuk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonid Nekrasov in the 58th minute of play. Khasaasvyurt's Irakliy Gordeychuk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Berner in the 59th minute of play. In the 60th minute, Timur Savin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Daniil Golinskiy's late challenge caught a Khasaasvyurt's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Daniil Golinskiy helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Novotroitsk getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Daniil Golinskiy hit a great ball. In the 63rd minute, Kirill Artemev got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 70 minutes into the match, Khasaasvyurt's goal looked a bit too open when David Berner came free, but Irakliy Gordeychuk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mikhail Hrennikov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kirill Artemev in the 75th minute of play forced Novotroitsk's goalkeeper Vitaliy Kurdvanovskiy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Khasaasvyurt's Kirill Artemev in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Novotroitsk's goalie prevented a goal. Vitaliy Kurdvanovskiy acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 89th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Oleg Arishin. The supporters of Khasaasvyurt booed when Novotroitsk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniil Golinskiy didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mikhail Durasov was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 93rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kirill Artemev in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vitaliy Kurdvanovskiy prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Khasaasvyurt's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
