In the 3rd minute, Viviano Baños made a precise shot to the right of David Karyaka. Малая Охта's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Konstantin Bozhenov kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. After having played for 8 minutes, Denílson Scherer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Новгород TS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Denílson Scherer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Малая Охта's David Karyaka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viviano Baños in the 9th minute of play. In the 11th minute Новгород TS were awarded a corner. Igor Braginskiy went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Igor Braginskiy got away a dangerous shot. Despite this David Karyaka quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Sven-Ove Frykberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karp Drozdovskiy in the 12th minute of play. In the 15th minute, Viviano Baños ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. David Karyaka was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 20th minute Denílson Scherer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Karyaka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Karp Drozdovskiy got free with Sven-Ove Frykberg in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. David Karyaka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Viviano Baños, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Veniamin Kulagin fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Новгород TS's protests and gave Veniamin Kulagin a yellow card for diving instead. In the 30th minute, Veniamin Kulagin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Denílson Scherer took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised David Karyaka. David Karyaka dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Viviano Baños fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Karyaka having to interfere. Yakov Blokhin kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. 38 minutes into the match, Малая Охта's goal looked a bit too open when Yakov Blokhin came free, but David Karyaka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Viviano Baños in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg David Karyaka saved Малая Охта from getting behind.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Viviano Baños to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Малая Охта's goalkeeper David Karyaka had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Viviano Baños. The supporters of Новгород TS booed when Малая Охта was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vadim Baibakov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Konstantin Bozhenov kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. In the 57th minute, Новгород TS's Viviano Baños dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. In the 60th minute, Denílson Scherer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 61 minutes of play, Новгород TS's Viviano Baños made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. David Karyaka was left in no man's land by his defense there! 65 minutes into the game, Viviano Baños cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. David Karyaka was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. David Karyaka didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Новгород TS's Denílson Scherer shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-7 in the ordered_time% minute. After a defensive mix-up in Малая Охта's zone, Viviano Baños stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. David Karyaka came out of the goal and Viviano Baños tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Новгород TS made a substitution. Zhuang Ting Yuan replaced Yakov Blokhin. After a rather tough play, Малая Охта's Filimon Dikul got a free kick in the 73rd minute. After recieving a nice pass, Новгород TS's Igor Braginskiy tried to score from far away in the 74th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. David Karyaka didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Viviano Baños went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-8 was the resulting score. Viviano Baños sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Denílson Scherer kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving David Karyaka. That made the score 0-9 in the 85 minute of play. Новгород TS's Viviano Baños was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 88th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Denílson Scherer struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. David Karyaka didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Новгород TS. A collision led to Новгород TS getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Viviano Baños hit a great ball. Новгород TS played a much better game than Малая Охта and deserved their victory. The Малая Охта players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
