In the 19th match minute, FC Rossoch was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arkadiy Amfiteatrov to maneuver through the defense. Through an outstanding action, after 20 minutes, Higinio Caradaro successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Max Colvin in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roman Babel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Max Colvin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Roman Babel was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Nil Molchanov managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Rossoch's supporters rose to their feet, but Nil Molchanov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roman Babel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 40th minute Yaroslav Kripak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roman Babel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 46thth minute of the game Max Colvin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC LARISSA Ivanovo's Roman Babel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After the first half FC Rossoch were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Max Colvin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. FC LARISSA Ivanovo's Roman Babel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save FC LARISSA Ivanovo from getting a goal against them. FC LARISSA Ivanovo's Roman Babel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yaroslav Kripak in the 56th minute of play. Roman Babel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Max Colvin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
