Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Eduard Coroian took the kick off in the first half of the match. A collision led to Islaz getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Eduard Coroian hit a great ball. When Eduard Coroian got the opportunity to take care of a free kick it resulted in a really dangerous shot that almost went in the goal. Instead the ball went too high, a missed opportunity for Islaz. 11 minutes into the game, Nicu Năsturel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Valentin Dima was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Lucian Floroiu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 17 played minutes Baldana SC got a freekick which was hit by Aurelian Țepelea. It was beautiful to see Islaz's Ernest Chiose in action when he in the 18th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicu Năsturel in the 21st minute of play forced Baldana SC's goalkeeper Valentin Dima to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 23rd minute Alex Goma shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valentin Dima saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Baldana SC's zone, Nicu Năsturel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valentin Dima came out of the goal and Nicu Năsturel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 26th match minute, Baldana SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nistor Vornicu to maneuver through the defense. After 28 minutes, Lucian Floroiu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Baldana SC and the Islaz players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 28th minute, Lucian Floroiu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nicu Năsturel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Valentin Dima tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 32 minutes into the match, Baldana SC's goal looked a bit too open when Eduard Coroian came free, but Valentin Dima reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Eduard Coroian put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Valentin Dima. The Islaz fans' excitement grew in the 38th match minute when Islaz's Nicu Năsturel looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Calistrat Gabrea could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Leontin Penescu made a huge save.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adam Grecescu was the one to do the kick off. Adam Grecescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Leontin Penescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Eduard Coroian came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Islaz fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eduard Coroian couldn't finish the play. Andrei Cicortaș recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Islaz getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Alex Goma hit a great ball. In the 67th minute Calistrat Gabrea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leontin Penescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 78 minutes into the match, Baldana SC's goalkeeper Valentin Dima had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nicu Năsturel. Aurelian Țepelea's late challenge caught a Islaz's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aurelian Țepelea helped the player get up and apologised. Ernest Chiose placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Codrin Gavra hit a great freekick 100 minutes into the match. In the 100th minute, Ernest Chiose sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Baldana SC's Valentin Dima didn't even have to move. Islaz played a much better game than Baldana SC and deserved their victory. The Baldana SC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
