Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Filip Ciolofan made the kick off which started today's match. A collision led to Calul getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Damian Ciociu hit a great ball. When Viorel Nițulescu fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. In the 11th minute of the match Edgar Pumnu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Horia Tonegaru skillfully saved the ball. Petrică Vătavu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Horia Tonegaru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Grigore Stăniloaie struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Horia Tonegaru didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tocileni CF. Calul's Horia Tonegaru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Petrică Vătavu in the 20th minute of play. Petrică Vătavu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 26 minutes into the match, Tocileni CF's Grigore Stăniloaie sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Horia Tonegaru narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tocileni CF were awarded a corner in the 28th minute after Calul's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Edgar Pumnu took the corner. Iordache Zbârnea's late challenge caught a Calul's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Iordache Zbârnea helped the player get up and apologised. In the 29th minute, Iordache Zbârnea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Filip Ciolofan in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eliodor Balaban saved Tocileni CF from getting behind. Petrică Vătavu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tocileni CF's Eliodor Balaban proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 50th minute of the match, managed to save Tocileni CF from getting a goal against them. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Petrică Vătavu to make the kick off. Eliodor Balaban took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damian Stegaru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Grigore Stăniloaie could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Horia Tonegaru made a huge save. Damian Stegaru recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Filip Ciolofan in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eliodor Balaban saved Tocileni CF from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Grigore Stăniloaie managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tocileni CF's supporters rose to their feet, but Grigore Stăniloaie was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Horia Tonegaru breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 84 played minutes Tocileni CF got a freekick which was hit by Edgar Pumnu. 87 minutes into the match, Calul's Filip Ciolofan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eliodor Balaban narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 87 played minutes Tocileni CF got a freekick which was hit by Costică Iuzbașa. After 90 minutes Tocileni CF's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Petruț Turlea who took care of the corner kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Tocileni CF's goalie and right to Viorel Nițulescu. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Tocileni CF's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Damian Stegaru's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eliodor Balaban read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. Petrică Vătavu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Horia Tonegaru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Tocileni CF had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
