Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Edgar Bucataru kicked off to start the match. When Corlata AC's Mihai Arghir in the 6th minute got a chance for a shot 6th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ortelec's goalie prevented a goal. With an all-out effort, Ortelec's Martin Urdeş threw himself towards the right post 31 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Edgar Bucataru, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The supporters of Ortelec booed when Corlata AC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manuel Chițac didn't get a good kick on the ball. Martin Urdeş made an important save on a dangerous shot by Panait Nistor in the 34th minute. Ştefan Răica took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Codruț Macrea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 41st minute Mihai Arghir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ştefan Răica saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Panait Nistor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Edgar Bucataru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Urdeş having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mihai Arghir to strike the kick off in the second half. If Codruț Macrea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Panait Nistor's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Martin Urdeş was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. Ştefan Răica made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Codruț Macrea sent off a good shot on target. If Mihai Arghir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Codruț Macrea managed to get in a good position for a shot. Corlata AC's supporters rose to their feet, but Codruț Macrea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ştefan Răica breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 76 minutes in the game, Manuel Chițac fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Ştefan Răica having to interfere. Ştefan Răica showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mihai Arghir, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Corlata AC's zone, Panait Nistor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Martin Urdeş came out of the goal and Panait Nistor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpected shot in the 85th minute by Codruț Macrea got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ortelec's goalkeeper Ştefan Răica, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ştefan Răica made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mihai Arghir in the 89th minute of play. Mihai Arghir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ştefan Răica having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Codruț Macrea got free with Ştefan Răica in the 97th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ortelec were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Corlata AC for a fine match.
