Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Valer Mihaiu kicked off to start the match. Nicu Hrușcă hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. 12 minutes into the match, Arsenal's goal looked a bit too open when Albert Nandriș came free, but Sorin Sandu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Valer Mihaiu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Valer Mihaiu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Valer Mihaiu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sorin Sandu having to interfere. Albert Nandriș received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Sorin Sandu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sorin Sandu came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Caianu UFC's Valer Mihaiu. But to his dismay, Valer Mihaiu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Valer Mihaiu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Sorin Sandu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gavril Lăceanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Gavril Lăceanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Albert Nandriș fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sorin Sandu having to interfere. The Arsenal players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Caianu UFC were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Niculae Târcă to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Valer Mihaiu in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sorin Sandu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sorin Sandu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valer Mihaiu in the 53rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Niculae Târcă in the 57th minute of play forced Caianu UFC's goalkeeper Iacob Florei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 59 minutes into the match, Gavril Lăceanu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Iacob Florei. Caianu UFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gavril Lăceanu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Albert Nandriș sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Niculae Târcă recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Caianu UFC's Valer Mihaiu in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Arsenal's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Caianu UFC booed when Arsenal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dorel Ghizdeanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sorin Sandu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valer Mihaiu in the 75th minute of the match. In the 79th minute, Caianu UFC's Calistrat Verzea seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Calistrat Verzea the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Caianu UFC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Calistrat Verzea had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Emanuel Crișan shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Albert Nandriș fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sorin Sandu having to interfere. Albert Nandriș recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Costică Nicolaescu came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Caianu UFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Costică Nicolaescu couldn't finish the play. Albert Nandriș sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Albert Nandriș fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sorin Sandu having to interfere. Despite being the better team, Caianu UFC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
