Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Iulian Bobe made the kick off and thus started the match. Iacob Ştefănoiu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Petru Bratiloveanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dumitru Aelenei showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iulian Bobe, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. After 14 minutes, Lucian Barbă mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Baciu and the Hriteni players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Baciu fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 14th minute. Penalty! If Gheorghe Feteanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Iacob Ştefănoiu struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Petru Bratiloveanu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hriteni. When Hriteni's Iacob Ştefănoiu in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Baciu's goalie prevented a goal. After 44 played minutes, Baciu's Albert Bădila shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dumitru Aelenei came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Baciu reached it. In the 46th minute, Ştefan Bârsan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Iacob Ştefănoiu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Baciu's Marian Macavei got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Iacob Ştefănoiu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 54 played minutes Baciu got a freekick which was hit by Dragoş Mârzac. Iacob Ştefănoiu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Petru Bratiloveanu having to make a save. In the 64thth minute of the game Iulian Bobe who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hriteni's Dumitru Aelenei was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dumitru Aelenei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andrei Firea in the 66th minute of the match. With a little luck, Baciu's Petru Bratiloveanu got control of the ball when Gheorghe Feteanu tried to sneak it across the goal line. 79 minutes into the match, Baciu's goal looked a bit too open when Iacob Ştefănoiu came free, but Petru Bratiloveanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee ignored Baciu's protests and gave Dragoş Mârzac a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Baciu getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Dragoş Mârzac hit a great ball.
