Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The supporters of Catalusa booed when Cringurile was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrian Agrigoroaiei didn't get a good kick on the ball. 7 minutes into the match, Cringurile's goal looked a bit too open when Valeriu Enceanu came free, but Emil Bratoloveanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gigel Popârcea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Horia Măcrinici tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gigel Popârcea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Horia Măcrinici having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Gigel Popârcea managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cringurile's supporters rose to their feet, but Gigel Popârcea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Horia Măcrinici breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Valeriu Enceanu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Emil Bratoloveanu having to make a save. In the 23rdth minute of the game Gigel Popârcea who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Catalusa's Horia Măcrinici was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emanuel Neagu during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 25th minute, Emanuel Neagu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Catalusa's Horia Măcrinici played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gigel Popârcea in the 26th minute of play. After having played for 28 minutes, Manuel Vâlceanu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cringurile's supporters crossed their fingers, but Manuel Vâlceanu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 29 played minutes Catalusa got a freekick which was hit by Felix Dijmărescu. 31 minutes into the match, Cringurile's Gigel Popârcea sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Horia Măcrinici narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Cringurile's Manuel Vâlceanu pulled a muscle in his back after 35 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Felix Dijmărescu fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Catalusa's protests and gave Felix Dijmărescu a yellow card for diving instead. In the 34th minute, one of Catalusa:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Catalusa. Catalusa:s Horia Măcrinici showed great skill when he stopped Sever Pânzariu:s penalty. In the 39th minute of the match Cringurile got a corner. Catalusa's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sever Pânzariu ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Șerban Milescu almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Catalusa's Horia Măcrinici did a great save. Gigel Popârcea received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Horia Măcrinici came out and tried to block the shot, but Gigel Popârcea slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 42nd minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gigel Popârcea made a kick off. Gigel Popârcea struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Horia Măcrinici didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cringurile. 60 minutes into the game, Corneliu Crișan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Catalusa's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cringurile the free kick. In the 60th minute, Corneliu Crișan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 64th minute, Isac Bîlbă got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Emil Bratoloveanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valeriu Enceanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Emil Bratoloveanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valeriu Enceanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Horia Măcrinici came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Cringurile's Gigel Popârcea. But to his dismay, Gigel Popârcea quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Gigel Popârcea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Adrian Agrigoroaiei struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. After a rather tough play, Cringurile's Robert Simuţ got a free kick in the 89th minute. Emil Bratoloveanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valeriu Enceanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
