Ionică Ilieș breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eduard Bobariu might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ionică Ilieș. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eduard Bobariu ran back to his position shaking his head. After 11 played minutes Nocrich got a freekick which was hit by Radu Uduleanu. Eduard Bobariu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ionică Ilieș having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Nocrich's Radu Uduleanu got a free kick in the 17th minute. If Marcu Zbârnea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 27th play minutes Niculae Babarada shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Matei Păunescu and just under the crossbar into goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pavel Ciobanu during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Nocrich's Liviu Zamfir got a free kick in the 55th minute. 56 minutes into the match, Nocrich's goal looked a bit too open when Marcu Zbârnea came free, but Ionică Ilieș reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcu Zbârnea blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ionică Ilieș having to make a save. With a little luck, FC Reprivat's Matei Păunescu got control of the ball when Radu Uduleanu tried to sneak it across the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, FC Reprivat's goalkeeper Matei Păunescu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Niculae Babarada. Florin Burdujan might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Matei Păunescu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ionică Ilieș showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcu Zbârnea, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Ionică Ilieș came out of the goal and Eduard Bobariu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marcu Zbârnea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 95th minute, FC Reprivat's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Niculae Babarada fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post.
