An unexpectedly hard shot by Mugur Buhuș in the 3rd minute of play forced Rusor's goalkeeper Gheorghe Băieșu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th minute, Rusor's Emanuel Niță dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Laurențiu Bobariu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Radu Brănescu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Emilian Mustăcilă. That made the score 3-0 in the 25 minute of play. Emanuel Niță could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Emilian Mustăcilă made a huge save. 44 minutes into the game, Radu Brănescu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Emilian Mustăcilă. Radu Brănescu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. After 48 minutes of play, Posolaca's Mugur Buhuș made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gheorghe Băieșu was left in no man's land by his defense there! The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.

After having played for 56 minutes, Laurențiu Bobariu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Posolaca's supporters crossed their fingers, but Laurențiu Bobariu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 57 minutes in the game, David Boc fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Gheorghe Băieșu having to interfere. After 59 played minutes Posolaca got a freekick which was hit by Laurențiu Bobariu. After 59 minutes, Mădălin Pandele mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rusor and the Posolaca players grew even worse after the yellow card. Mădălin Pandele hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Mugur Buhuș's late challenge caught a Rusor's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mugur Buhuș helped the player get up and apologised. After 64 played minutes Posolaca got a freekick which was hit by Mugur Buhuș. 68 minutes into the game, Posolaca's Laurențiu Bobariu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gheorghe Băieșu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2. If Radu Brănescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Boc in the 76th minute of play forced Rusor's goalkeeper Gheorghe Băieșu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Laurențiu Bobariu was extremely unlucky when he, in the 78th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Gheorghe Băieșu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but David Boc showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-3 in the 78 minute of play. Gheorghe Băieșu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivan Hârtopanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. David Boc sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If David Boc had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rusor's defense didn't have a chance, in the 94th minute, when Mugur Buhuș scored to the left of an out of position Gheorghe Băieșu, making the score, 4-4. Posolaca were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
