Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Alin Chitimia got the match started through his kick off. Iurie Nițulescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Cosmin Iuga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Cersani CSM getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Petruț Doloman hit a great ball. If Dacian Amurăriței had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 18th minute Cosmin Iuga suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Ciumani made a substitution. Costin Zburliş replaced Cosmin Iuga. A collision led to Cersani CSM getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Leonard Muslea hit a great ball. In the 23rd minute, Dacian Amurăriței got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Leonard Muslea was shown his second yellow card after 29 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Ciumani booed when Cersani CSM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonard Muslea didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dacian Amurăriței in the 31stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Emilian Teodorescu, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 32nd minute, Cătălin Pantea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dacian Amurăriței received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Emilian Teodorescu came out and tried to block the shot, but Dacian Amurăriței slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 34th minute. Dacian Amurăriței recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Iurie Nițulescu kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Emilian Teodorescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ştefan Ianculescu in the 42nd minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dacian Amurăriței stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Costin Zburliş fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ciumani's protests and gave Costin Zburliş a yellow card for diving instead. After 51 played minutes Ciumani got a freekick which was hit by Costin Zburliş. Costin Zburliş struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Emilian Teodorescu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ciumani. If Iurie Nițulescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Costin Zburliş hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dacian Amurăriței in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emilian Teodorescu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 62nd minute, Costin Zburliş got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Damian Gâțea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Emilian Teodorescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Iurie Nițulescu kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. When Dacian Amurăriței came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Ciumani fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dacian Amurăriței couldn't finish the play. Martin Rizescu kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Iurie Nițulescu took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cristi Dragalina. Cristi Dragalina dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. 79 minutes into the match, Ciumani's Dacian Amurăriței sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Emilian Teodorescu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Cristi Dragalina made an important save on a dangerous shot by Iurie Nițulescu in the 80th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Costin Zburliş managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ciumani's supporters rose to their feet, but Costin Zburliş was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emilian Teodorescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ştefan Ianculescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emilian Teodorescu having to interfere. Cătălin Pantea's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emilian Teodorescu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. In the 91st minute, Costin Zburliş left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ciumani fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1.
