Stelian Stroici started the match with the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edgar Pordea during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 4th minute, Edgar Pordea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Cersani CSM's Emilian Rădulescu tried to score from far away in the 4th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. When The Incredibles CF's Gigel Deșliu in the 8th minute got a chance for a shot 8th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cersani CSM's goalie prevented a goal. In the 10th minute Gigel Deșliu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emilian Teodorescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Alin Chitimia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 21st minute, Alin Chitimia fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Filip Mascovescu, passed just outside the right post. If Gigel Deșliu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gigel Deșliu in the 25th minute of play forced Cersani CSM's goalkeeper Emilian Teodorescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Petruț Doloman fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cersani CSM's protests and gave Petruț Doloman a yellow card for diving instead. Gigel Deșliu struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Emilian Teodorescu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for The Incredibles CF. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alin Chitimia in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Filip Mascovescu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Filip Mascovescu made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Iurie Nițulescu sent off a good shot on target. Nae Avacariței kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. In the 42nd minute, Alin Chitimia fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Filip Mascovescu, passed just outside the right post. In the 44th minute, Stelian Stroici got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Gigel Deșliu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emilian Teodorescu was relentless in the 47th minute of the game.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alin Chitimia to strike the kick off in the second half. Edgar Pordea got his second yellow card in the match during the 62nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. If Iurie Nițulescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nae Avacariței hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Nae Avacariței's late challenge caught a Cersani CSM's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nae Avacariței helped the player get up and apologised. In the 77th match minute, The Incredibles CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nae Avacariței to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Gigel Deșliu managed to get in a good position for a shot. The Incredibles CF's supporters rose to their feet, but Gigel Deșliu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emilian Teodorescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Emilian Teodorescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gigel Deșliu in the 90th minute of the match. Nae Avacariței sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 96 minutes, Alin Chitimia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cersani CSM's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alin Chitimia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
