Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Lucrețiu Iulian started the match with the kick off. In the 12th minute, Teodor Seremet got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 12 minutes into the game, Zatreana CF's Martin Răica nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Codrin Claudiescu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Codrin Claudiescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martin Răica, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Codrin Claudiescu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Teodor Seremet's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. Lucrețiu Iulian received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gică Pora came out and tried to block the shot, but Lucrețiu Iulian slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 22nd minute. 1-2 became the score in the 29th minute when Teodor Seremet elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Codrin Claudiescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Răica in the 33rd minute of play. Teodor Seremet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Codrin Claudiescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Teodor Seremet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Martin Răica had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 46 minutes into the match, Nepos's goal looked a bit too open when Teodor Seremet came free, but Codrin Claudiescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 47th minute Teodor Seremet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Codrin Claudiescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Martin Răica to strike the kick off in the second half. Mihail Manolescu charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mihail Manolescu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Zatreana CF booed when Nepos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mihail Manolescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Răica in the 56th minute of play forced Nepos's goalkeeper Codrin Claudiescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 57th minute, Lucrețiu Iulian got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 60th minute of the match, Teodor Seremet got a very nice opportunity to score, but Codrin Claudiescu was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Martin Răica received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Codrin Claudiescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Codrin Claudiescu made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Teodor Seremet sent off a good shot on target. When Zatreana CF's Martin Răica in the 69th minute got a chance for a shot 69th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Nepos's goalie prevented a goal. After having played for 72 minutes, Teodor Seremet managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zatreana CF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teodor Seremet was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 74th minute Martin Răica shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Codrin Claudiescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 74 played minutes Nepos got a freekick which was hit by Mihail Manolescu. 80 minutes into the match, Lucrețiu Iulian had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gică Pora. Zatreana CF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lucrețiu Iulian was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Teodor Seremet got free with Codrin Claudiescu in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Nepos's Mihnea Miron got a free kick in the 86th minute. Călin Stegaru's shot from long distance in the 88th minute was not bad at all, but Nepos's Codrin Claudiescu knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. After a defensive mix-up in Nepos's zone, Teodor Seremet stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Codrin Claudiescu came out of the goal and Teodor Seremet tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Nepos's goalkeeper Codrin Claudiescu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
