Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. John Rambo started the match with the kick off. Bert Achterberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Șerban Macovei didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from John Rambo went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 13th minute Luca Frumuzache shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valentin Traianescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paulo Veiga scored 0-2 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Șerban Macovei, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Șerban Macovei took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from John Rambo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bert Achterberg struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Șerban Macovei didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC U.m.B.r.o. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling John Rambo in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Șerban Macovei prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Șerban Macovei took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Constantin Stana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Valentin Traianescu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emanuel Pătrașcu's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. Valentin Traianescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Codrin Roşca, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. If John Rambo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot by Nicodim Honciu from long distance, 33 minutes into the match, got Valentin Traianescu's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. The crowd rose to their feet as Codrin Roşca kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Valentin Traianescu. That made the score 1-2 in the 35 minute of play. When Bert Achterberg came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the FC U.m.B.r.o fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bert Achterberg couldn't finish the play. If Bert Achterberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luca Frumuzache received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Valentin Traianescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Codrin Roşca stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Șerban Macovei showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulo Veiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. In the 60th minute, Constantin Stana left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC U.m.B.r.o fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. After having played for 68 minutes, Paulo Veiga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC U.m.B.r.o's supporters crossed their fingers, but Paulo Veiga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Paulo Veiga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Șerban Macovei tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Andrei Plopan kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. John Rambo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Șerban Macovei having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Veiga in the 78th minute of play forced Salacea CS's goalkeeper Șerban Macovei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when John Rambo got free with Șerban Macovei in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. John Rambo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Șerban Macovei tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. John Rambo took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Șerban Macovei. Șerban Macovei dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. John Rambo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Șerban Macovei having to interfere. Paulo Veiga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
