The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Cristinel Scutaru could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Costin Alupulesei made a huge save. In the 3rd minute, Pavel Şteflea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 10 minutes, Gigi Huștiu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Enuta SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gigi Huștiu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristinel Scutaru got free with Costin Alupulesei in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Guido Karlo hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Alin Bobailă lost his temper 17 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The supporters of Radmanesti booed when Enuta SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alin Bobailă didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 19thth minute of the game Pavel Şteflea who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Enuta SC's Horea Hidișan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pavel Şteflea in the 22nd minute of play forced Enuta SC's goalkeeper Horea Hidișan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gelu Moșneanu during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gelu Moșneanu kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Pavel Şteflea scored 0-1 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Horea Hidișan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 32 minutes into the game, Radmanesti's Codruț Popoacă nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Horea Hidișan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Costin Alupulesei showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gigel Chițes, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. 41 minutes into the match, Enuta SC's Cristinel Scutaru sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Costin Alupulesei narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Radmanesti booed when Enuta SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robert Panduru didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 46 minutes, Pavel Şteflea put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Horea Hidișan. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The wind increased when Cristinel Scutaru made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Cristinel Scutaru got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Enuta SC's Cristinel Scutaru got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Costin Alupulesei took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristinel Scutaru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Enuta SC's Cristinel Scutaru got a free kick in the 60th minute. Costin Alupulesei made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristinel Scutaru in the 66th minute of play. 72 minutes into the match, Radmanesti's goal looked a bit too open when Gigi Huștiu came free, but Costin Alupulesei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 76 minutes into the match, Radmanesti's Pavel Şteflea sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Horea Hidișan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Costel Busuioc was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 87 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Radmanesti fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 86th minute. Penalty! In the 88th minute there was a penalty for Enuta SC. Ciprian Anisie stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Costin Alupulesei. 1-4. If Nicolae Buga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristinel Scutaru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Costin Alupulesei having to interfere. The Radmanesti players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
