Cezar Fundătoreanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iosif Constantiniu in the 20th minute of the match. Abdurrahim Baykal might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cezar Fundătoreanu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Abdurrahim Baykal ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 28thth minute of the game Abdurrahim Baykal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ticau CSM's Cezar Fundătoreanu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Andrey Gorlach showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vlad Matei in the 30th minute of the match. Costică Calomfir hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Abdurrahim Baykal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 40 minutes into the game, Abdurrahim Baykal cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Cezar Fundătoreanu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half.
