An unexpectedly hard shot by Vlad Bologan in the 5th minute of play forced Hennessy's goalkeeper Teodor Trifu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 8th minute of the match, Vlad Bologan tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Teodor Trifu saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Teodor Trifu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Váldson Koehler in the 9th minute. Olimpiu Gârbovan kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. With 12 minutes on the clock, Cazimir Mardarescu commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The supporters of Hennessy booed when Parosul CS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cazimir Mardarescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. The supporters of Parosul CS booed when Hennessy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cezar Tecău didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Romeo Chițu came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Parosul CS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Romeo Chițu couldn't finish the play. In the 34th minute, Ionuț Şoiman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ian Van Bettenrode was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Augustin Sălcudeanu kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. In the 40th minute Ionuț Şoiman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ian Van Bettenrode saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 43 minutes of play Hennessy's Cezar Tecău was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Hennessy getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Cezar Tecău hit a great ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Romeo Chițu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Vlad Bologan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Teodor Trifu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vlad Bologan, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Parosul CS's Marius Dancu suffered a sprained foot after 94 minutes and couldn't finish the game. During the 94th minute of the match Cosmin Corbea completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Cosmin Corbea a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of Parosul CS booed when Hennessy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cosmin Corbea didn't get a good kick on the ball. Parosul CS were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Hennessy to leave the ground with a draw.
