Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Tudor Gârbovan started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Lipia Afc's Mihai Costandin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Lipia Afc from getting a goal against them. Mihai Costandin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valer Caraiman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 8th minute of the match Starciu CF got a corner. Lipia Afc's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Teodor Baștină ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 21st minute, Valer Caraiman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mihai Costandin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aron Pietreanu in the 22nd minute. 28 minutes into the game, Sergiu Gafița was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Starciu CF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lipia Afc the free kick. Sergiu Gafița hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Valer Caraiman in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mihai Costandin saved Lipia Afc from getting behind. Tudor Gârbovan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iustinian Jupân having to interfere. 35 minutes into the game, Tudor Gârbovan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Iustinian Jupân was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tudor Gârbovan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 41st match minute, Starciu CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valer Caraiman to maneuver through the defense. Starciu CF's Iustinian Jupân played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tudor Gârbovan in the 46th minute of play. When Horaţiu Lițu came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Lipia Afc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Horaţiu Lițu couldn't finish the play. The Starciu CF players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Lipia Afc were winning 0-1.

After having played for 81 minutes, Aron Pietreanu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Starciu CF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aron Pietreanu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tudor Gârbovan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iustinian Jupân having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Horaţiu Lițu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lipia Afc's supporters rose to their feet, but Horaţiu Lițu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Iustinian Jupân breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lipia Afc's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
