Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Bibesti's Octavian Ignătoiu started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute Valer Ţurcaş shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ovidiu Iosub saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Stejaru in the 11th minute of play forced Bibesti's goalkeeper Martin Lamru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ioan Bucataru kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Ovidiu Iosub came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Bibesti's Octavian Ignătoiu. But to his dismay, Octavian Ignătoiu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 19th minute, David Stejaru hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. David Mineață's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Martin Lamru firmly grabbed it by the left post. David Mineață fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Lamru having to interfere. David Stejaru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Martin Lamru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Valer Ţurcaş received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Ovidiu Iosub tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ovidiu Iosub made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mihăiţă Ţirpescu in the 41st minute of play. The supporters of Bibesti booed when Cerbesti CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuel Cociubei didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nae Niculcea during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 46th match minute, Bibesti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nae Niculcea to maneuver through the defense. 47 minutes into the match, Cerbesti CF's Vintilă Țepeluș broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After the first half Bibesti were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 52nd match minute, Bibesti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nae Niculcea to maneuver through the defense. Cerbesti CF's Vintilă Țepeluș got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Stejaru in the 56th minute of play forced Bibesti's goalkeeper Martin Lamru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. David Mineață received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Martin Lamru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cerbesti CF's David Stejaru got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Valer Ţurcaş recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. David Mineață struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Martin Lamru didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cerbesti CF. In the 75th minute, David Stejaru left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cerbesti CF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Ovidiu Iosub showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Octavian Ignătoiu, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Ovidiu Iosub came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Bibesti's Valer Ţurcaş. But to his dismay, Valer Ţurcaş quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Valer Ţurcaş sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 97 minutes into the game, Valer Ţurcaş cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Ovidiu Iosub was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
