Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Martin Latarețu got the match started through his kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Petrică Puișoru in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Denis Negrițoiu saved Rotaria from getting behind. Horaţiu Spirea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andrei Danciu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Rotaria's zone, Petrică Puișoru stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Denis Negrițoiu came out of the goal and Petrică Puișoru tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Denis Negrițoiu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Petrică Puișoru, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Andrei Danciu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Horaţiu Spirea. That made the score 2-0 in the 25 minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sebastian Izbașa during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 28 played minutes Rotaria got a freekick which was hit by Sebastian Izbașa. When Alexandru Zdrăilă came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Rotaria fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alexandru Zdrăilă couldn't finish the play. Petrică Puișoru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Denis Negrițoiu having to interfere. Flavius Dudea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Martin Latarețu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Horaţiu Spirea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Horaţiu Spirea came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Rotaria's Pompiliu Carp. But to his dismay, Pompiliu Carp quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Andrei Danciu struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Horaţiu Spirea didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rotaria. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Flavius Dudea to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Chilia getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Doru Puișoru hit a great ball. Doru Puișoru hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Martin Latarețu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Horaţiu Spirea having to interfere. Horaţiu Spirea didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Toader Brătescu went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. In the 81st match minute, Chilia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Flavius Dudea to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 85 minutes, Toader Brătescu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rotaria's supporters crossed their fingers, but Toader Brătescu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Martin Latarețu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Horaţiu Spirea having to interfere. If Martin Latarețu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee ended the match the Rotaria players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
