The supporters of Livezei AFC booed when Frunzeasca CSS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Costin Pamfil didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Mihai Enciulescu came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Frunzeasca CSS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mihai Enciulescu couldn't finish the play. In the 16th minute, Mihai Enciulescu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Frunzeasca CSS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The Frunzeasca CSS fans' excitement grew in the 24th match minute when Frunzeasca CSS's Mihai Enciulescu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Petrică Bocșa made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Horia Chindriș sent off a good shot on target. In the 32nd minute, Anton Hudiță got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anton Hudiță in the 34th minute of play forced Frunzeasca CSS's goalkeeper Petrică Bocșa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Martin Ciupe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valer Cismaș, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Irinel Şumălan to strike the kick off in the second half. Petrică Bocșa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anton Hudiță, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. In the 66th match minute, Livezei AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anton Hudiță to maneuver through the defense. Horia Chindriș sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Livezei AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 79th minute, when Irinel Şumălan scored to the left of an out of position Martin Ciupe, making the score, 0-3. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Irinel Şumălan took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Martin Ciupe to make any attempt to save it. 91 minutes into the match, Frunzeasca CSS's goal looked a bit too open when Anton Hudiță came free, but Petrică Bocșa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
