Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Ovidiu Florescu started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Grigore Huțupan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Moise Nenciu made a huge save. Iulian Prezan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliodor Luncaniță, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 7th minute Ovidiu Florescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iulian Prezan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leontin Bărbulescu hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Ovidiu Florescu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Iulian Prezan was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. Horea Bucataru took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Iulian Prezan. Iulian Prezan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliodor Luncaniță in the 26th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ovidiu Florescu in the 27th minute of play forced Barboiul's goalkeeper Iulian Prezan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Cazasul CF's Ovidiu Florescu in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Niculae Ciorăscu made a kick off. The supporters of Cazasul CF booed when Barboiul was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Niculae Ciorăscu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 58th match minute, Cazasul CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cezar Protase to maneuver through the defense. Barboiul's Iulian Prezan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Barboiul from getting a goal against them. 67 minutes into the game, Barboiul's Eliodor Toacsen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Moise Nenciu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Grigore Huțupan in the 77th minute of play forced Cazasul CF's goalkeeper Moise Nenciu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Niculae Ciorăscu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eliodor Luncaniță succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-3 in the 86th playminute. With an all-out effort, Cazasul CF's Iulian Prezan threw himself towards the right post 96 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ovidiu Florescu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When the match was over Cazasul CF could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Barboiul throughout the match.
