Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Osmanu's Aurelian Stroie started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Osmanu's Aurelian Stroie in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mija CSS's goalie prevented a goal. Iosif Muntean made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filip Bodiu in the 15th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Damian Fundătoreanu in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ioan Jugănaru saved Mija CSS from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Mija CSS's Emanuel Guriță got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Ioan Jugănaru made an important save on a dangerous shot by Damian Fundătoreanu in the 31st minute. After having played for 32 minutes, Damian Fundătoreanu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Osmanu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Damian Fundătoreanu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 33rdth minute of the game Aurelian Stroie who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mija CSS's Ioan Jugănaru was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Osmanu's zone, Alex Manta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iosif Muntean came out of the goal and Alex Manta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Iosif Muntean made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciprian Schiau in the 46th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The wind increased when Filip Bodiu made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Alex Manta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ciprian Schiau got free with Iosif Muntean in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ioan Jugănaru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aurelian Stroie in the 63rd minute of the match. Iosif Muntean took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Horea Bocaneț, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Damian Fundătoreanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Ioan Jugănaru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 72 minutes, Horea Bocaneț mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mija CSS and the Osmanu players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Mija CSS getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Horea Bocaneț hit a great ball. 75 minutes into the match, Aurelian Stroie notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Mija CSS's Ioan Jugănaru. Ioan Jugănaru was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 79 minutes into the match, Aurelian Stroie had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ioan Jugănaru. Mija CSS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aurelian Stroie was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Ciprian Schiau's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Iosif Muntean firmly grabbed it by the left post. Ioan Jugănaru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aurelian Stroie in the 86th minute of the match. In the 88th minute Aurelian Stroie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ioan Jugănaru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iosif Muntean made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alex Manta in the 92nd minute. Damian Fundătoreanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ioan Jugănaru having to interfere. If Aurelian Stroie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damian Fundătoreanu in the 96th minute of play forced Mija CSS's goalkeeper Ioan Jugănaru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Mija CSS players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Osmanu.
