Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Tibaresti's Remus Lupșoiu started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Denis Budișteanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Flavius Moldoveanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Remus Lupșoiu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dorin Culcer kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Laurențiu Jurăscu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dorel Măgură read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. In the 17th minute, Narcis Vasilian got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Flavius Moldoveanu made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Denis Budișteanu sent off a good shot on target. The audience was convinced that Laurențiu Jurăscu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dorel Măgură was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. Narcis Vasilian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Dorel Măgură tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Laurențiu Jurăscu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dorin Culcer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flavius Moldoveanu having to interfere. 37 minutes into the match, Tibaresti's goal looked a bit too open when Laurențiu Jurăscu came free, but Dorel Măgură reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bouveni's Flavius Moldoveanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Remus Lupșoiu in the 39th minute of play. Laurențiu Jurăscu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
Narcis Vasilian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Dorel Măgură came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Bouveni's Narcis Vasilian. But to his dismay, Narcis Vasilian quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Remus Lupșoiu might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Flavius Moldoveanu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Remus Lupșoiu ran back to his position shaking his head. After 66 minutes, Remus Lupșoiu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tibaresti and the Bouveni players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 66th minute, Remus Lupșoiu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Flavius Moldoveanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Denis Budișteanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Remus Lupșoiu in the 75th minute of play forced Bouveni's goalkeeper Flavius Moldoveanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Tibaresti's zone, Laurențiu Jurăscu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dorel Măgură came out of the goal and Laurențiu Jurăscu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Denis Budișteanu in the 89th minute of play forced Bouveni's goalkeeper Flavius Moldoveanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Laurențiu Jurăscu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 94 minutes into the match, Narcis Vasilian had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dorel Măgură. Tibaresti's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Narcis Vasilian was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3.
