Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Sever Horia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Călin Ilieș in the 7th minute of play. 9 minutes into the game, Marcelo Salomon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Sever Horia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 12th minute, Francisc Slavici hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Claudiu Maghiar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Dorin Obreja made a huge save. Denis Ichim recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Marcelo Salomon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 24th minute, Marcelo Salomon ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sever Horia was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Doru Vârșan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sever Horia having to interfere. In the 31stth minute of the game Marcelo Salomon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chetris FC's Sever Horia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Corneliu Torouţ fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chetris FC's protests and gave Corneliu Torouţ a yellow card for diving instead. In the 32nd minute, Corneliu Torouţ hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Doru Vârșan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sever Horia having to interfere. Sever Horia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcelo Salomon, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Doru Vârșan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Through an outstanding action, after 46 minutes, Dorin Obreja successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Șerban Golescu to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Chetris FC's Irinel Bobariu got a free kick in the 50th minute. In the 52nd minute of the match Yu Jian shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sever Horia showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Sever Horia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Doru Vârșan in the 53rd minute of play. Marcelo Salomon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Sever Horia made a huge save. In the 64th minute Marcelo Salomon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sever Horia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sever Horia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Doru Vârșan in the 66th minute of the match. 72 minutes into the match, Chetris FC's goal looked a bit too open when Denis Ichim came free, but Sever Horia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Marcelo Salomon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Doru Vârșan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marcelo Salomons short, quick shot in the 77thth minute got Sever Horia to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Marcelo Salomon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sever Horia having to interfere. If Marcelo Salomon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 93 minutes, Claudiu Maghiar made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. VLK Bucharest's Dorin Obreja tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the VLK Bucharest players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
