Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Victor Levițchi started the match with the kick off. Dan Alexa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor Levițchi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 9 minutes into the game, Emil Geamănu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Captalani's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bosanceni the free kick. Emil Geamănu kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. When Victor Levițchi came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Bosanceni fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victor Levițchi couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Bosanceni getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Andrei Pistol hit a great ball. After 23 played minutes Captalani got a freekick which was hit by Emil Geamănu. 42 minutes into the match, Victor Levițchi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dan Alexa. Captalani's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Victor Levițchi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dan Baciu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Corneliu Ciprian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dan Baciu in the 52nd minute of the match. Dan Baciu struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Corneliu Ciprian didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Captalani. Bosanceni's Andrei Pistol got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Victor Levițchi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dan Alexa having to interfere. If Dan Baciu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eugen Mangra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor Levițchi in the 71st minute of play forced Captalani's goalkeeper Dan Alexa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 73rd minute, Andrei Pistol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ferdinand Lăzărescu charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ferdinand Lăzărescu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 79 played minutes Captalani got a freekick which was hit by Ferdinand Lăzărescu. After 81 played minutes Bosanceni got a freekick which was hit by Andrei Pistol. 88 minutes into the game, Ionică Sterescu threw the ball into play from the sideline. Captalani's Iacob Geoană quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Dan Baciu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Corneliu Ciprian having to interfere. Captalani's Dan Alexa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Captalani from getting a goal against them. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Bosanceni walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
